Habanero Networks is building a leading group in industrial network and security technology. With a professional buy-and-build approach and strong investors behind us, we bring established companies together and develop them further, without losing their local identity.

Getting to Know Each Other
During our first video call, we'll get to know each other, answer your questions, and go over the key details. Depending on the role, we may schedule a second video call to go into more depth.

In-Person Interview
At our office, we’ll dive deep into both professional and personal topics, and you’ll get to know your potential team. For some roles, this includes a short case study–it helps us understand your approach and, at the same time, gives you a realistic glimpse of what working with us is really like.

Decision & Offer
If it works for both sides, we'll quickly provide you with an offer–transparently and without unnecessary delays.
