Habanero Networks adds Amrehn – Sicherheit & Technologie to Its Group of Companies

Amrehn – Sicherheit & Technologie GmbH is a well-established security systems integrator and manufacturer of its own solution for preventing robberies at financial institutions. With this acquisition, Habanero Networks GmbH is strengthening its position in the financial sector. Amrehn – Sicherheit & Technologie, which has been established in the industry for many years, develops security concepts. To implement these concepts, the company installs and maintains security technology–such as alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, fire detection systems, and safes–and is distinguished above all by its excellent service and rapid response times. Commercial, public, and private customers with higher security needs value the company’s expertise; it is also listed with the State Criminal Police Office (LKA). Its proprietary software solution, BioPortA, for controlling various security solutions rounds out the portfolio. Through the acquisition of the VdS-certified Lower Franconian company, Habanero can expand its expertise in security systems and enter the strategically important market of financial institutions. This opens up another critical customer segment for the Habanero Networks Group. Markus and Klaus Amrehn commented: “Financial institutions are already classified as critical infrastructure.
